Terms & Conditions – General*

Contract
The contract between Ametrine Holistics Ltd. and a client is created upon a client’s signing of the forms presented at the initial consultation (e.g. Consultation Form, Code of Care and Treatment, Patient Notes), and this signing deems the client has read, understood and accepted the full terms and conditions and privacy policy laid out on this website. For clients under 16yrs, the contract will also include the signing of a Guardian Consent Form.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made by cash, paid at the time of the treatment session, or by BACS – payable 3 working days prior to the session, and funds must have cleared before the session starts.

N.B. For the initial consultation, a 30% deposit is required, payable by BACS 3 working days prior to the session, and funds must have cleared before the session starts. This will be non-refundable if less than 24hrs notice is given for cancellation, due to costs incurred by the Practitioner.

Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, otherwise a charge of 30% of the session fee will be applied.

Client Welfare
You will be treated with care and respect at all times.

Please ensure that you the client:
• are free from drugs or alcohol when attending an appointment
• treat your Practitioner with respect

As a client, it is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information in order to assist your Practitioner fully in your therapy, a failure of which is a client default and the Practitioner cannot be held liable for anything that results from inaccurate or incomplete information given.

All information disclosed during sessions shall remain confidential. However, please note that if there are any disclosures during the therapy sessions which may be of a criminal nature, or that put yourself or other people at risk, then I, the Practitioner, have a duty of care to disclose this information to the appropriate authority.

You will be provided with a clean, safe and secure environment.

The practitioner must keep clear and comprehensive records of all sessions including dates and advice given. These records will be kept in safe custody for seven years from the date of the last consultation. You have the right to access these records if you wish.

Your Practitioner
The Practitioner is registered with the ICO (Information Commission Office) re Data Protection.

The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if he/she feels physically unsafe, disrespected or abused.

The Practitioner may appoint a therapeutic Executor, such that in the event of an emergency, serious illness, or death, clients may be contacted accordingly and referred onwards.

 

Terms & Conditions – Integrated Therapies

Fees & Appointments
£120* – 2-hour Stop Smoking package
£60* – single session of 1 hour  N.B. please allow 1½ hours for your first session
Concessions available.

Please allow up to 1½ hours for the first appointment, and 1 hour for each appointment thereafter. Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to gain the most from your session (out of courtesy and respect to your Practitioner and their next client, a session cannot be extended). Fees include: pre-session planning, one-to-one therapy, post session review and assessment notes, supportive handouts and materials as appropriate.

Appointments will be held at one of the following addresses: MCCH Live It Well, 84 Holland Road, Maidstone, ME14 1UT ; Suite 28, Building 60, Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, ME19 4YU ; mobile – client home visit.
Parking: please be courteous to other site users when parking your vehicle.

Home visits can also be made if you feel unable to attend e.g. due to your condition, or a disability. A small fee may be charged for fuel depending on your location, and you will be notified of this at the time of booking. Please ensure we have a quiet space for therapy available, with minimal distractions (e.g. phones, pets), so you are able to relax and give yourself that time.

A confirmation email of your appointment date, time and location will be sent to you, along with a link to these terms and conditions to read through.

A client is welcome to telephone and e-mail support outside of sessions, as long as this service is not misused. A follow-up session may be recommended by the Practitioner if felt as appropriate in order to benefit the client.

Cessation of Therapy
If you wish to end your therapy at any time, please feel free to discuss this with your Practitioner during or outside of your session, so any concerns may be addressed, or a gradual reduction in therapy and/or home activities put in place to be continued. You will be requested to confirm your decision in writing and your freewill will be respected at all times.

Therapy
Therapy does not take the place of conventional medical treatment. If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you are suffering from any medical condition, please consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment. If you are receiving treatment for a medical condition from your GP or hospital, it is recommended should you consider it appropriate, to inform all parties concerned that you are receiving treatments. If I suspect you are suffering from a medical condition that I feel is not appropriate for me to work with, I will refer you back to your GP for advice.

Therapy may involve light physical touch with no need to remove clothing. Respect for personal body privacy will be maintained at all times.

Client Welfare
By taking part, you are investing in yourself, therefore, I ask that you take your therapy seriously, and are committed and willing to making those desired changes for yourself (incl. completing home activities where agreed).

As part of the initial consultation, contact details for your GP and next of kin will be requested along with confirmation that they may be contacted should the Practitioner feel it is appropriate.

Your Practitioner
The Practitioner adheres to the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register)’s Code of Ethics.

Clients (Humans)
Fees & Appointments
£30* for 1hr session (adults)
£15* for ½hr session (children) N.B. A guardian must be present at all times for these sessions.

Please ensure you arrive on time to your appointment to gain the most from your session.

Location of appointment: various locations in Rochester, and psychic fayres – please enquire within. The specific address will be given to you at the time of booking.

Client Information
Rahanni Celestial Healing does not guarantee a cure, nor do we, as Practitioners, diagnose. ‘Rahanni’ is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment. It is a holistic therapy, helping to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body and soul. If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you are suffering from any medical condition, please consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment.

Rahanni Celestial Healing involves light physical touch with no need to remove clothing. Respect for personal body privacy will be maintained at all times.

Rahanni is not based on any one religion, it respects all religions.

Contract

Client/Animal Welfare
You and your pet(s) will be treated with care, respect and compassion at all times.

The animal services I offer do not guarantee a cure, nor do we, as Practitioners, diagnose.

The animal services I offer are not a replacement for conventional veterinary treatment.

Please ensure you advise your Practitioner before the session if your pet is known to be aggressive (you may be asked to muzzle them), or has an infectious/zoonotic disease. Thank you.

Your Practitioner

Terms & Conditions –  Cat/Pet Sitting

•  No booking is confirmed until the initial consultation has taken place and the client contract has been signed.
•  Bank Holidays and Public Holidays will be charged at the rate of time and a half.
•  A client is responsible for ensuring all keys to premises have been given to Ametrine Holistics Ltd. in good time, and that they are in good working order. Keys will be kept in a locked cabinet when not in use.
•  In the event of an emergency, Ametrine Holistics Ltd will contact you, the client, first. If they are unable to get hold of the client, an emergency contact is required who can be responsible to make decisions on the owner’s behalf, whether that is regarding their pet, their property, or other circumstance. If neither the client nor emergency contact is available, then Ametrine Holistics Ltd has the right to contact a vet regarding your pet, and between the vet/Ametrine Holistics Ltd., make a decision that is best for that animal at that time.
•  The client is responsible for all vets bills, however they may have occurred, whilst pets are in the care of Ametrine Holistics Ltd.
•  Clients must update Ametrine Holistics Ltd. of any ailments or behavioural issues that have occurred with your pets, that could impact the service given, prior to any pet sitting taking place e.g. limp, vomited, aggression.
•  Although Ametrine Holistics is insured, it is preferable for clients to have their own pet insurance, including Public Liability for dogs.
•  Ametrine Holistics Ltd will take care of your pet in the same loving way as they would their own, and treat them with the care they deserve. However Ametrine Holistics Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to your pet, whether inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
•  Each dog/cat/pet must be up-to-date with their flea control and wormers.
•  Cancellations require at least 24hours notice, otherwise we reserve the right to charge, and receive payment for, 50% of the total invoice. Victoria would also endeavour to give this period of notice or more, if for any reason she could not carry out this service on any given day(s).
•  A client will be notified of any occurrences, whether regarding their pet or property, which may be important to the care/wellbeing of the pet/property.
•  Ametrine Holistics Ltd takes the security and care of your home/pet very seriously, and will take every measure to ensure your home is secure, and your pet is safe and loved whilst you are away. However, we cannot be held responsible for any burglaries, loss or damage caused by your pets or other people entering the property with your permission.
•  All supplies must be provided in order for Ametrine Holistics to take care of your pet, as instructed, whilst you are away. Any extra supplies that need to be bought will be invoiced to the client accordingly.
•  In the event of an emergency regarding your property, Ametrine Holistics Ltd. will try contacting the client first, the emergency contact next if no response from the client, and if no response from either party, reserves the right to make a decision about that property if the need arises.
•  Fees –    £10.00* – 1 visit              £17.00* – 2 visits
